Collinson's Priority Pass program, known for its commitment to enhancing airport experiences, recently unveiled the winners of its Priority Pass Excellence Awards.

Vienna Lounge at Vienna Airport received the 'Global Lounge of the Year' award for its diverse range of amenities catering to solo travellers, families, and business flyers alike.
Featuring a Viennese cafe serving delectable treats and a buffet, the lounge offers comfortable seating amidst natural lighting, well-equipped workstations, curated art collections, and panoramic views of the airport's surroundings, including stands, corridors, and runways.
In the Middle East, Petra Lounge at Amman Queen Alia International Airport in Jordan earned the 'Regional Winner' accolade, known for its superior hospitality and comfortable atmosphere. Primeclass Lounge, Muscat International Airport, Oman, received a 'Highly Commended' award.
All Star of the Year winners: Nominated by Priority Pass partners, these stand-out lounge and experience employees demonstrate an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence every single day. Ghulam Sarwar from The Lounge at Sharjah International won this for the Middle East and Africa.
