Luxoft signs network, voice services from Orange

ISTANBUL, December 11, 2017

Luxoft, a global IT service provider, has signed a multimillion Euro contract for hybrid network and voice services from Orange Business Services.

The new communications infrastructure supports the international expansion of Luxoft and links its offices in more than 10 countries, including Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Romania, Russia, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, the UK and the US.

The Orange Business Services solution reduces complexity for Luxoft and consolidates the communications services with one global provider. The solution provides Luxoft with agility, flexibility, very high speeds and global coverage. It also provides a comprehensive service level agreement (SLA) to guarantee performance and to support quick decisions, implementation and roll out of services.

Business VPN Internet is the cornerstone of the Orange hybrid network offer with a single unified network optimized for performance and costs. It also simplified the migration of applications to the Luxoft data center. Business Talk is a global enterprise fixed voice solution that carries voice calls between corporate sites and off-net access worldwide. The service helped Luxoft to improve voice communication quality both inside the company and with their customers, while cutting international voice costs through a single contract.

“We wanted a reputable global partner to support our rapid expansion so that we could consolidate our data and voice infrastructure in anticipation of growth. A simple, single contract for multiple services with a global service provider was essential, and Orange delivers this,” said Luxoft’s CIO, Ivan Gavrilyuk.

“We are delighted to sign this agreement with Luxoft, which broadens and deepens our existing working relationship as we support the company’s expansion and transformation through an array of managed network services. In addition to the expertise and infrastructure we provide, the agreement represents the success of Orange Business Services teaming across countries, regions and Orange affiliates, to build a single seamless solution supported by a unified SLA and a one-team approach for Luxoft,” said Richard van Wageningen, senior vice president, Indirect, Middle East, Africa and Russia, Orange Business Services. - TradeArabia News Service
